General Terms and Conditions and Box Quantities

Terms of Sale- Marsh Fasteners accepts orders Via telephone, fax, or sales representative. Payment to be made in U.S. Funds by company check or money order
Pricing- ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND ARE F.O.B. WAREHOUSE UNLESS PREVIOUS AGREEMENT. On all items that pricing has been omitted, quotation will be provided by telephone or fax request.
Payment Terms- For customers without account, prepayment or C.O.D. via UPS will be used.
Open Accounts- Orders will be accepted for those customers desiring open account billing by Marsh Fasteners after credit approval is granted. A completed credit application and resale tax certificate must be on file. Regular terms for accounts are NET 30 DAYS from date of invoice.
Domestic Shipments- Unless otherwise specified, Marsh Fasteners will ship via UPS or common carrier. Purchaser shall pay all related shipping costs unless a freight allowance is granted. All claims for damage or shortage must be reported immediately to the carrier.
Returns- All returns are required to have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Contact the sales department. A 15% re-stock charge may apply.
